Sales Executive (Retail)

Overall job objectives:

​

- Assist customers with their enquiries

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationship  

- Promote and cross-sell products

- Manage customer expectations and disputes, if any

- Manage outlet inventories and basic cashiering

- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard

 

Job Qualifications & Experience:

 

- N–level and above

- Experience in Telecommunication Retail would be an advantage.

- High degree of self-motivation and desire to sell

- Good team player and willing to learn (training will be provided)

 

Other Information:

 

5 Days week

Salary - $2000 - $4000 including OT, commission, incentives

Work Hours - 5 days including Public Holidays and weekends, from 11am to 10pm

 

3 Days week

Salary - $1000 basic salary + Commission

Work Hours - 3 days work week including Friday, weekends and public holiday

Commitment - at least 1 year
